Why one interface.
A graphical interface puts the whole platform in front of your finance team without an integration project. Launch Desk is the client login: from the first payment to the year-end statement, the work happens in one place.
Open Launch Desk- 01
One login, not one per provider
Accounts, payments, trading, custody and reporting from a single sign-in, instead of a bank portal, an exchange account and a custody console, each with its own users and its own records.
- 02
Every balance in one view
GBP, EUR, CHF, USD and AED accounts and digital-asset positions side by side, so treasury sees one picture rather than five.
- 03
Roles and permissions
Customisable roles and granular access rights, administered centrally, so each person on your treasury and operations teams sees and does only what their role allows. Approval workflows: one person sets up a payment or trade, another approves it.
- 04
Statements and reports together
Account statements and per-trade execution reports kept in one place, in your entity's name, ready for your auditor.
On request
A white-glove service is available to clients.
Prefer to work with the desk directly rather than only through the interface? Clients can ask for a white-glove service on request. Tell us what you need, and we will set out what it covers for your company.

Your company name on every IBAN.
Most platforms settle through pooled omnibus accounts: your funds sit alongside everyone else's, invisible to your auditor and hard for your treasury team to reconcile. Every BlockRiver fiat account is in your entity's legal name, one per currency.

Safeguarding means knowing exactly where your assets sit.
Pooled custody means your assets sit alongside everyone else's: if something goes wrong, you are a creditor, not an owner. Each BlockRiver client's position is segregated, verifiable and held separately from other clients and from BlockRiver's own assets. BlockRiver holds them itself, on custody infrastructure from Dfns.
Every position has its own boundary.
A cadastral sheet records exactly where one holding ends and the next begins. A segregated wallet does the same on-chain: the address belongs to one client, so the balance can be checked on the blockchain independently of the provider's own records.
The platform under your own brand.
Through the Gateway programme, partners get a copy of the platform: running on BlockRiver's rails, or on their own, depending on whether they hold regulatory permissions of their own. You brand the experience; BlockRiver supplies the infrastructure for accounts, execution and settlement.
Your brand
The platform carries your name and your mark.
Our rails, or yours
Run on BlockRiver's infrastructure, or on your own where you hold the permissions for it.
Clear roles
Who onboards your clients, and who they face, is set by your partner model.
One API for all of it.
Accounts, payments, trading, custody and reporting, through one connection. For platforms, neobanks and brokers that run their own front end.

More in Insights- Named account
- An account issued to one legal entity. Your company's name is on it, and counterparties see that name on every transfer in and out.
- Virtual IBAN (vIBAN)
- An account number that works like a standard IBAN for payments, issued by a financial intermediary rather than a traditional bank.
- Pooled account
- One account shared by many clients, their funds told apart only by payment reference. If a reference is missing or wrong, a payment can be misallocated or returned.
- Wallet segregation
- Each client's digital assets held in a dedicated on-chain wallet rather than a shared address, so the balance can be verified independently.
- OTC trade
- A trade agreed directly with a counterparty that quotes a price and takes the other side, rather than one matched on a public order book.
- RFQ
- Request for quote: you ask for a price on a pair and a size, and the rate is fixed before any funds move.
- White label
- The platform offered by a partner under the partner's own brand.White label
- API
- Application programming interface: how your own systems reach the platform without anyone logging in.API
